I’m Nela Teglova, a qualified nutritionist, Buddhist, and a firm believer that no matter how bad it gets, you should NEVER GIVE UP.I’m not going to lie to you: despite having a degree in nutrition science, I don’t have many years of experience as a Nutritionist. I’m at the very beginning of my journey. I started some time ago focusing on weight loss coaching, as so many people just want that. I was doing social media. But something was off. I hated it. I was pretending to be someone else. It wasn’t the ‘true me’. I was devastated.At the same time, I realised that the same problem was happening in the relationship area of my life. I kept choosing the wrong partners. I was very much in my head – following what I SHOULD DO, what society and my family wanted me to do. I wasn’t following my own self, my gut feeling, my true desires.I decided I must change all this. Even if it takes longer, I want to learn to connect to my TRUE SELF. To go for what I truly value and want in my life. And to enjoy the process.So here I am, starting to offer my services in a brand new way. I’ve chosen to focus on cholesterol and heart health because I see so many people around me completely confused or brainwashed by misleading information on the internet.Meanwhile, 1 in 4 people in the UK will die from cardiovascular disease.
